That we live in a democracy,
Still, they spy on us, and tell us what we can, or cannot do,
They make mockery of me and you...
We have the right to free speech,
As long as it does not too far reach...
We have the right to worship,
As long as we contain the lip...
We have the right to buy and sell,
As long as we do not become a rebel...
We have the right to own a gun,
As long as we do not defend ourselves against anyone...
We have the right to think that we have the right,
To just about anything in sight,
But, it changes quickly in flight,
As our leaders deter our plight...

So, I decided, I haven't created that masterpiece quite yet, maybe I will just write for the hell of it and see what comes of it. This will be multi-faceted, as such are my inclinations towards words...

A writer has the ability to, from a single thought, create a sonnet, a poem, an article, a story, a novel, a collection, a masterpiece, and, in doing so, has the ability to create reaction which might become historical and immortal...
