I am thankful today for having insight and compassion. Each of these serve a great purpose in my life. Without either, I might not be able to go forward as readily as I do... Life has a way of wearing down some of our senses, and, therefore, we lose sight of what can be. I have the ability to see through the bad and go onward without that added pressure. It is a gift that I cherish...

A writer has the ability to, from a single thought, create a sonnet, a poem, an article, a story, a novel, a collection, a masterpiece, and, in doing so, has the ability to create reaction which might become historical and immortal...
