JOURNEY WITH THE UNKNOWN...

She was as if from another world, long flowing dress, with deep cut neckline, a tightened waist, hair long and wavy, falling here and there, the color of the sun, a necklace such as from the medieval times; she was carrying a basket, in which lay a variety of things, each with great importance to her...

From her it seemed there was a smoky aura, which followed her every move. She was enchanting to watch, so graceful, so regal, so elegant, and with the confidence of a Queen. I had never come face to face with such a woman and I was intrigued...

There was something distinct about this woman, something mystical, something so different from the women of today. I could not put my finger on it, but, there was something so special about her that I felt as if I could learn much from her, even if only by observing her in action...

She was walking through the small town where I happened to be passing through. It was as if I had crossed over into some dimension which was not of my time. The town itself was unusual, and so were its citizens, people were strangely quiet, yet they smiled most of the time. I wondered if everyone were deaf, but no, I had just finished lunch at a cafe which was busy with people ordering. Odd, there was not the usual buzz found in a busy place, they merely ordered and ate, paid and left...

I was following the lady without even realizing I was doing so; my mind was propelling my steps. It was also busy trying to figure out the town I was in, so, when I found myself on a country road behind the mysterious woman, I was surprised...

Gathering my senses, I knew that now that I had come this far that I could not abort my mission, and so, kept up as best I could. She knew I was following her, I could tell by her demeanor, and she would turn around every once in a while to see if I was yet there. I longed to talk as we walked but she did not say a word, plus, I was lost in my state of mesmerization and confusion...

How far we walked I cannot say for sure, it must have been at least 3 miles. We came upon a charming stone cottage type dwelling. She stopped just outside the stone piled wall which served as a fence and beckoned for me to join her. I did so. We walked up to the entrance of the house and entered. I was taken aback by the interior. It was magnificent, again, like something out of another time, or dimension. I noticed tapestry, vials of oils, various rocks, stones, quartz, crystals, and other such. I suddenly realized that she was some kind of sorceress, and I had been compelled to follow her for a reason which only she knew...

More to come...
