EVEN MY IMPERFECTION IS PERFECT

I was in a kind of meadow. I had wandered there to seek some peace from the world.
It was so green with many flowers growing wild.

I found a rock, which was shaped so that I could actually lay upon it, which I did, for quite some time; starring at the sky, which was an interesting shade of blue.
It was the color of turquoise and the color of royal blue, blended together such as I had never seen before. I got lost in its beauty.

I remained in this tranquil state for quite a while.

I realized that time had passed me by. I sat up and looked around.

God, what lush beauty was all around me. It was out a storybook for sure. I could stay here forever, if it were feasible.

I could hear the birds singing, and, small animals bursting around.
I saw butterflies and watched as they landed on flower after flower.

There was no imperfection in this perfect place, other than myself. And, even that imperfection seemed to perfectly blend in with the abundance of natural glory.
I thought about this for a moment, then I understood that such is life. I am imperfect, but, I fit into life's perfect design just as readily as that which is perfect.

I also realized, that though my life seems imperfect, it is perfectly positioned for what destiny had in mind for me....

And so, as I got up to leave, I knew that I would go forward with the knowledge that I can fit into life's scheme as easily as I allow myself to, for, it has already been decided that I am a part of all there is. The only restrictions I will ever face are the ones I create within myself....

Thank you for sharing this with your Readers! You showed a private side that few would dare reveal, but in the unveiling came from you an understanding that we all can relate to as individuals. For surely if one fights the current, the current will only succeed in taking them under. However; if one merely follows where the water leads, they will find land upon which to stand steadfast and know that their journey was purposeful - if only to humor the birds.

There is One I know Perfect and creating perfectness. Others and me, I am not perfect nor do I aspire to be perfect. Yet, areas within my control this is where I continuously improve to a level I am skill-full and be an expert, sharing vital and valuable information with others. Ha!

Thank you jeane michelle culp for your insightful comment. I try to illustrate that though I am imperfect, I do fit perfectly into the scheme of things, as yes, does water flow.... I so appreciate your words and insight...
