WORLDS WITHIN OUR WORLD

In the world there exists worlds within worlds. There is the everyday, common, basic world, and, then there are other worlds, such as the worlds of Goth, the world of evil, the world of mystique, the world of magic, the world of mystical heroes, the world of small people, the world of elves, imps, trolls, gnomes, and, such, and, the world of Super Heroes, such as Santa Claus, Superman, Wonderwoman, Spiderman, and other classical characters.

Each realm exists within our everyday world. We do not consider these realms very often, well, perhaps some do, but, they are right here beside us nonetheless. It makes life as we know it a bit more interesting, and, children are enthralled by the realms of life which live right outside the realm of reality...

Some of you will say that such realms are myths, but, that cannot be proven any more than the existence of such can be dissuaded. Why do children seem to be privy to imaginary friends, why do they see characters from other realms, and, why do we say that it is imagination which conjures up these images? We do not know what children see or hear or feel, and, we sure can't experience what they tell us if we brush off their reporting of unexplained sightings and such.

I am sure that such realms are existent, it has been obvious to me since childhood, and, as my innocence vanished, so did many of the characters with whom I became familiar. I am not saying that I spent my childhood in fantasy, but, there were some occurrences which were just too real to dismiss easily. So, I think that each child should be given the benefit of the doubt when they report that they saw a fairy, or a gnome, or that they have an imaginary friend. This is an important part of childhood, and, it very well could be our only connection to the other realms of life.

To say that there are no other realms of life is ignorant, as, we do not know that which we do not allow ourselves to believe. The same is true in believing in Heaven or God, we do not know for certain of either, but, we believe, and, in that belief, we find comfort, strength, courage, and, many other character building qualities. So it is for believing in the realms of which we have no connection, therefore, I say, if someone believes and say that they have such a connection, we should embrace that as much as we embrace the Holidays, for we know not that which we have trained ourselves to not accept....
