JOURNEY WITH THE UNKNOWN... PART 5

Cobalt whirled me around and around, and I was feeling the effects so much that I actually gasped for air. He suddenly stopped and looked at me. I lowered my eyes, took a deep breath, and then looked into his eyes, trying desperately to keep my breath even and my eyes from opening up to expose what I was feeling...

He smiled widely and said, "Ahhhhh, I think you need to rest for a bit, yes?" I shook my head affirmatively and we sat down. The chairs in which we sat were beyond comfortable, they were like sitting on huge, puffy clouds, and they were equally remarkable to look at....

He picked up 3 glasses of the chocolate nectar and gave us each one, proposing a toast. He said, "Here is to the Universe, expansive and vast, and to the 2 most beautiful females ever created there within." I smiled and Ravenia laughed as if they shared a secret, which I really did not care to know...

We drank the nectar, and suddenly he was apprehensive. The dawn was looming, and as he stared at it, he seemed rushed. He turned to me and said, "My lady, it has been a pleasure of the unspoken kind to meet you, and I look forward to meeting you again soon." I got up to hug him, and as his body neared mine, I passed out...

When I awoke, it was close to noon. The sun was high, and the day was warm. I was in a bed which was as if out of a castle, huge, spanning, and beyond comfort. The room was extremely regal as well, and I kept thinking, even as I lay asleep, that I never wanted to leave this place...

I arose and noticed that I had on a silk gown, long and flowing, billowy and sheer. I looked for a robe to cover the sheerness, and there it was, at the foot of the bed, laying just so on a trunk. I put it on, and observed that everything fit perfectly, and was of my favorite materials and colors. This intrigued me, but, I let it go, instead wandering through the hall seeking a bathroom, that I might shower and then dress...

Ravenia's bedroom door was open and she lay asleep. I was drawn to the vision she created. She was quite beautiful, and then there was that element of mystique which had drawn me to her in the first place. I stared at her for a moment and then went and got showered and dressed for the day...

I was heading down the hall when I heard her say, "Good morning. I trust you rested well." I replied, "Yes, but, I do not remember falling asleep." She said, "Well, you had a very long span without sleep and it caught up with you, hopefully you feel refreshed." It was then that I realized that I felt more rejuvenated then I had in a long time, so I said, "Extremely." She told me to head to the sitting room, that the attendant would have coffee and breakfast waiting for us, and so, off I went...

While waiting for my hostess, I reflected upon the times we had spent together this far, and the wonders of the preceding evening. I was still affected by the awe of it all, and as I sipped my tea, I was drawn to thoughts of the gorgeous, exciting man they called Cobalt...

I was very lost in thoughts of this electrifying man, and did not notice that Ravenia had sat down and was watching my face. She laughed out loud, and I came back to reality, my face blushing. She said, "Ahhhh, I can see that a certain male friend of mine has left behind some sparks of his fiery nature, yes?" I nodded, blushing more. It was crazy, I just could not shake free of thoughts of him. She looked at me and said, "Well, let us discuss Cobalt as we enjoy our breakfast, for sure, there is much to be shared." I was excited that she would open up to me about him, for I intrinsically could think of nothing else....
